The Digital Outcomes and Specialists Framework provides public sector organizations—including central and local government, emergency services, and digital HR teams—an efficient way to procure cloud computing and digital services through government-approved, short-term contracts. It offers a streamlined procurement route, allowing organizations to source digital expertise without the complexity of traditional tendering processes.
